The information 100 Percent Wines, LLC (the "Company") collects about you pursuant to your application for a grant is used for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Consideration of your application for a grant is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of and agreement to this Privacy Policy.

What does Privacy Policy Cover

This Privacy Policy covers how the Company treats information that it collects and receives from you. By applying for a grant and thereby agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to the Company's use and disclosure of information about you received by or provided to the Company, as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to: (i) the practices of companies or other third parties that the Company does not own or control, or people that the Company does not employ or manage as its service providers; or (ii) any offline matters, activities or information that the Company collects about you or anybody else.

How does the Company collect and use information

The information gathered by the Company helps it best assess your eligibility for grant monies for specific purposes and goals promoted and supported by the Company.

Personal Information

The Company may receive and store information that personally identifies you. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected include: name, address, email address, phone number, fax number, your disability, your business and its performance and financial projections, gender, occupation, personal interests and your age. You voluntarily provide this personally identifiable information when you enter it on or in connection with your application materials.

Disclosure of Information

The Company may disclose information collected about you to third parties who assist the Company with the application and funding process. The Company also may disclose information about you to third parties for the following purposes:

  1. The Company responds to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise the Company's legal rights or defend against legal claims.
  2. The Company shares information in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of the Company or others or physical safety of any person or violations of this Privacy Policy, to exercise legal rights or defend against claims, or as otherwise allowed by law.
  3. The Company is reorganized, merges, enters a joint venture, or sells or buys other companies.
