How does the Company collect and use information
The information gathered by the Company helps it best assess your eligibility for grant monies for specific purposes and goals promoted and supported by the Company.
The Company may receive and store information that personally identifies you. The types of personally identifiable information that may be collected include: name, address, email address, phone number, fax number, your disability, your business and its performance and financial projections, gender, occupation, personal interests and your age. You voluntarily provide this personally identifiable information when you enter it on or in connection with your application materials.
Disclosure of Information
The Company may disclose information collected about you to third parties who assist the Company with the application and funding process. The Company also may disclose information about you to third parties for the following purposes:
- The Company responds to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise the Company's legal rights or defend against legal claims.
- The Company is reorganized, merges, enters a joint venture, or sells or buys other companies. In such transactions, customer information including personal information may be one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that the Company or substantially all of its assets are transferred, disposed of, sold or acquired, personal information may be one of the transferred assets.
The Company does not share with, rent, transfer or sell to any nonaffiliated entities the personal information gathered for purposes not addressed herein.
Protection of Information
The Company uses reasonable administrative, physical and electronic security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information. No transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It may be possible for third parties not under the control of the Company to intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully. The Company cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit over the internet. Any such transmission is at your own risk.
