After spending my professional career in corporate America, I realized I wanted more from my work. As a dad, I saw an opportunity to build something that mattered by helping people who, like my son Matthew, are living with a disability. In pursuit of this goal, I started 100 Percent Wine, a brand that donates all profits to nonprofit organizations working to create jobs for people in this population. My mission is to deliver outstanding products that celebrate people in an uplifting way and challenge the misconceptions of what someone can accomplish if they are only given a chance. This is now my life's work.

Scott has over 25 years’ experience in consumer products and served as the Chief Financial Officer of one of the largest food companies in the world. His goal is for 100 Percent Wine to be a catalyst for community change and a support for organizations that help find meaningful employment for people living with disabilities throughout the US.
Talent Scout
For 13 years, Chuck was CEO of Boone Center, Inc. (BCI) in St. Charles, Missouri, which employed hundreds of people with cognitive and physical disabilities. He brings a vast experience and firsthand knowledge of successful strategies that will help 100 Percent Wine improve the quality of life for people living with disabilities.
Winemaker
Karen is our dedicated winemaker and is known for creating big, beautiful, award-winning California wines. Her passion for the 100 Percent Wine project ensures we will always have quality associated with the cause.
Our vineyard partners have been growing sustainable wine grapes in California's Lodi Appellation for five generations. They opened a private winery in 2006 and have consistently expanded since then to keep up with the demand for their exceptional products and services. We are proud to work with this talented team to produce 100 Percent Wines.
