Our Sauvignon Blanc begins with a Musque clone grape, which Karen chose because of it's great aromatic properties and low acidity. When harvested, the fruit is immediately put on dry ice to allow for slower fermentation and then aged in stainless steel tanks to add texture and give the wine a creamy mouth feel.
